Victor Corral

Victor Corral is a Design Operations leader currently serving as Chief of Staff and Operations Lead for Experience Design at Autodesk. Previously, Victor held roles including Interim Head of Product Design and Director of Design Operations at Silicon Valley Bank, where Victor established and led critical design operations. With a background in policy research, Victor worked as a Researcher and Public Policy Fellow at Race Forward, analyzing issues of education and income inequality. Victor began their career in the United States Navy, where they served as a Hospital Corpsman and Medical Laboratory Technician. An alumnus of both UC Berkeley and California College of the Arts, Victor holds degrees in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Design Strategy.
