Leonel Matos is a dedicated and seasoned Software Engineer with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, health care, and logistics. From 2015 to 2024, they served as Principal Engineer at Jumia Porto Tech Center, leading engineering initiatives and mentoring cross-functional teams.
