Jonathan Watson

Jonathan Watson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jonathan started their career in 2013 as a Data Collector Agent at Directions in Research. In 2014, they transitioned into a Software Developer role at Litigation Dynamics Inc, where they worked until 2016. After that, Jonathan joined Softon Digital as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they specialized in test cases, test plans, and best practices. In 2017, they moved to Hangar as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, and then in 2018, they joined Proximity Costa Rica in the same role. Most recently, Jonathan has been associated with AutoFi, starting as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and eventually becoming the Lead Software QA Engineer. In addition to their software testing experience, they have also been involved in the field of sports as an International Volleyball Referee with Fédération Internationale de Volleyball - FIVB since 2011.

Jonathan Watson obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from Formato Educativo Escuela de Negocios in 2021. Jonathan also earned a Specialty degree in Integrated Quality Management Systems from Universidad de Cádiz in 2021. In 2015, they completed a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas Informáticos with a concentration in Desarrollo Web from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Additionally, they completed the English Now Program from Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano in 2012. In terms of certifications, Jonathan is an International Volleyball Referee certified by FIVB and DoubleClick Quality Assurance Certified by DoubleClick Digital Studio, both obtained in 2017.
