Caroline Andrade has extensive work experience in the field of product management and project management. Caroline has held various roles at different companies, starting as an Assessor for Gestão de Pessoas at Fluxo Consultoria, where they were responsible for managing HR demands such as training employees, recruiting, and selecting interns and external designers, organizing and executing employee admission processes and developing tools for evaluation and monitoring of employees' performance. Caroline then moved to the role of Gerente de Projetos at the same company, where their responsibilities included good project execution, maintaining honest and transparent communication with clients, leading teams and guaranteeing learning from projects. At Jovens Gênios, they were part of the founding team of an EdTech that sold learning solutions to schools, where they worked as a Head de Customer Success, then as Product Manager, leading to the company's use of machine learning algorithms to create personalized learning tracks for students. In their most recent role at Gabriel, Andrade served as the Group Product Manager, working directly with the CEO and leading two product owners. During their 7-month tenure, they were responsible for redesigning, launching, and increasing the product's value proposition, ultimately expanding the user base from 350 to over 5,000 registered users. In February 2023, Andrade will serve as a Product Manager at AutoForce.
Caroline Andrade studied Chemical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2014 to 2018. In 2020, they earned a certification in Customer Success Leader from MBA SEDA Executive Education. Caroline then pursued the field of Product Management by obtaining certifications such as Imersão para Líderes de Produto from Produtos Incríveis in 2022 and Mentoria PM Pro from Fillipe Tardelli School in the same year. Additionally, in 2020, they completed a course on Customer Success Intensive from CS Academy and a program on Liderança na Prática from Fundação Estudar in 2019. Caroline also gained knowledge and skill sets in other subjects such as Customer Discovery in Dual-Track, Creative Disorder, and Scool Immersion - School of Enchantment from institutions such as Mergo User Experience, Camaleoni, and Stone, respectively.
