Chip S. is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in capture and proposal management, specializing in government contracts on a global scale. Currently, as the Chief of Capture and Proposals for the Americas at AutogenAI, Chip focuses on integrating advanced AI technologies to enhance proposal management processes for clients. Previously, Chip served as the Senior Vice President of Global Proposal Operations at Maximus, where they led a diverse team across multiple hubs, significantly expanding the company’s global footprint. Additionally, Chip has held various leadership roles at DynCorp International, managing proposals valued up to $1 billion, and has received the distinguished Black Hat Award. Chip continues to pursue an M.A. and a B.A. in History and International Studies from Washington College.
