Lawrence Smaller has extensive experience in account management and sales within the technology and marine sectors. Starting as a Patrol Officer at Chichester Harbour Conservancy, responsibilities included mentoring new staff and emergency response. Transitioning to the technology sector, Lawrence joined InVision as a Senior Account Manager, where accomplishments included closing the largest new product upsell deal for EMEA & APAC in Q1 2022 and leading a team to secure significant multi-year contracts. Prior experience also includes roles at Workday Peakon Employee Voice and AutogenAI, contributing to growth in the enterprise sector. Lawrence holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Business Economics from Southampton Solent University and A Levels in Mathematics, Economics, and Physics from Havant College.
