Ralph Weng is an experienced software engineer with an extensive background in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at AutoGrab since September 2024, Ralph previously held various positions at ELMO Software, including Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer from September 2017 to September 2024. Earlier experience includes roles at Ento.com as a Software Engineer, at AppsCore Digital as an iOS Developer, and at alffie as a PHP Developer. Ralph also served as Developer Team Lead at Scouts Victoria from February 2010 to May 2015.
