Wendy Schofield has extensive work experience in customer success roles. Wendy is currently employed as the Director of Customer Success at AutoLeap since November 2022. Prior to this, Wendy worked at Siteimprove where they held several positions, including Director of Customer Success from January 2021 to September 2022, Manager of Customer Success from January 2018 to January 2021, and Customer Success Manager for Canada from March 2017 to January 2018. At Siteimprove, Wendy was responsible for onboarding, product adoption, and renewal of enterprise customers, resulting in a 25% reduction in customer churn rate. Wendy also developed the Customer Success team from one to four managers, implemented an accurate renewal forecast system, and collaborated on various customer success initiatives. Before Siteimprove, Wendy worked at Leonardo Worldwide Corporation as a Manager of Customer Success from June 2015 to March 2017 and as a Customer Success Representative from May 2014 to June 2015. Wendy began their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Front Desk Agent from August 2013 to May 2014 and as a Communications Centre Agent from September 2012 to January 2013.

Wendy Schofield completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Français de Toronto for a Baccalauréat in Economics from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Wendy obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) from HSMAI in December 2014 and the STAR - Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the Educational Institute Certification Commission in May 2014. More recently, they obtained the Google Ads Fundamentals and Google Ads Search certifications from Google in June 2019.
