Chen also held the position of Industrial & Manufacture Engineer at Valeo, where they implemented Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency. Chen earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Design and Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai University.
