Diego Ramirez

Diego Ramirez is an Engineering Manager with a background in Mechatronics Engineering. They began their career as a Product Engineer Trainee at Plastic Tec in 2015 and progressed to roles such as Product Engineer Jr. at Grupo Bocar and Engineering Supervisor at Autoliv, where they manage a team of engineers and program managers. Diego has extensive experience in engineering change management and problem-solving within the automotive industry, particularly focusing on seatbelt systems. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México and recently completed an Associate's degree in Organizational Leadership from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
