Ewa Baumgartner

Ewa Baumgartner is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal communications and employer branding, currently serving as Communications Director at Autoliv since June 2021. Prior to this role, Ewa held various leadership positions, including Head of Employer Branding & Internal Communications at Grant Thornton Sweden and Head of Sustainability and Internal Communications at KICKS. Ewa's earlier experience includes roles at Gullers Grupp, Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA, and Wallenius Water, among others. Ewa is also the founder of The Communicative Leadership Network and a PR network in Stockholm. Ewa holds a Master of Science in Business from Gothenburg School of Economics and a Master of Science in International Business from Ecole des hautes Etudes commerciales du Nord, alongside several professional development courses in communication and leadership.
