Ken Thomas has extensive experience in production and manufacturing, having worked at Autoliv since 1992 as a Manufacturing Team Lead and Production Associate. In this role, Ken has successfully led production cell teams to exceed goals by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, including 6 Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. Ken also engages in community service as a real-bearded Santa with Real Bearded Santa since 1997, specializing in interactions with children of all ages and those with special needs. Previous experience includes positions at Lifetime Products and Newberry Engineering @ Hercules Aerospace as a Machine Operator and Industrial Engineering Technician, respectively. Ken holds a Gold Graduate designation from the Autoliv Production System Academy in Lean Manufacturing and a degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently, Ken is furthering education at Weber State University.
