Laszlo Pipo

Laszlo Pipo currently serves as the Director of Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence at Autoliv, a position held since September 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing strategy and technical leadership across more than 25 factories in Europe, spanning various product lines including airbags and seatbelts. Prior roles at Autoliv include Director of Manufacturing Technology, where Laszlo led efforts to enhance automation, and Manufacturing Technology Manager, overseeing the development of new manufacturing processes and equipment. Initially, Laszlo participated in a European Trainee Operations Management program, gaining extensive insight into Autoliv's global operations. Earlier experience includes positions as an Industrial Engineering Specialist at Kromberg & Schubert and Project & Process Engineer at Steinel Electronic Srl. Laszlo holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Szechenyi Istvan University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Economical Engineering from Universitatea Petru Maior.
