Ben Simpson

Ben Simpson is an Associate Director in Translational Medicine at Autolus, focusing on bioinformatics. They have held various roles in research and bioinformatics, including positions as a Research Fellow at UCL, where they specialized in biomarker discovery and development related to immunological responses in cancer immunotherapy. Previously, as a Senior Bioinformatician at DIOSynVax, they developed automated pipelines for vaccine research and used cloud-based infrastructure for data processing. Ben holds a PhD in Oncology and Cancer Biology from UCL and has contributed to significant projects in both academic and industry settings.
