Ernesto León, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Autolus Therapeutics, where they focus on regulatory review and compliance regarding promotional labeling and advertising strategies. Previously, they held positions at Kite Pharma and Cedars-Sinai, where they contributed to immuno-oncology research and regulatory affairs. They have also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, supporting the Medical Microbiology course. With a solid background in both research and regulatory compliance, Ernesto is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, equity, and inclusion.
