Michael Cocozza

Michael Cocozza is an experienced scientist currently serving as Lead Scientist at Autolus Ltd. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was Project Leader and Research Scientist at Global Access Dx (formerly Mologic) from May 2019 to January 2023, focusing on the development of in vitro diagnostic assays to improve specificity and sensitivity in rapid tests. Michael's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Study Scientist, Study Scientist, and Assistant Study Scientist at Envigo from April 2016 to April 2019, where expertise in biological assays and compliance was utilized. Michael began a career in healthcare as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Lincoln County Hospital in 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Lincoln, completed in 2014.
