Neil Addison

Neil Addison is currently working at Autolus Ltd. as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer - Shift team lead on Secondment. Prior to this role, Neil worked at Johnson Matthey as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer and Maintenance Engineer. Neil started their career as an Engineering Apprentice at Thermal Engineering before becoming a self-employed HETAS solid fuel installation engineer and property maintenance contractor. Neil also has experience as a Sales and showroom assistant at NPS Plumbing Solutions, an Athletics coach at North Herts Athletics Leaders academy, and a Level 1 Tennis coach at Royston Tennis Club. Neil's educational background includes a Level 3 advanced apprenticeship in Engineering from Cambridge Regional College.
