Shraddha A. began their work experience at Helix in November 2020, where they worked as an Accesioner/Lab technician until February 2021. Shraddha then joined Automated Engineering Services, Inc. in February 2021, initially employed as a Laboratory Cell Culture Technician, and later promoted to the position of Cell Culture Scientist in June 2021.

Shraddha A. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biotechnology from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Shraddha'seducational pursuits continued with a focus on Genetics at UC San Diego Extended Studies, where they completed coursework without receiving a specific degree. In September 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate through the American Society for Quality (ASQ) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
