Michael Rhoads

Michael Rhoads is an experienced professional in the real estate and security technology sectors. As a Senior Advisor at Turbine Capital since August 2022, Michael assists airline pilots in achieving passive income and multigenerational wealth through commercial real estate investments. Simultaneously, Michael serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Automated Security, focusing on security solutions for the self-storage industry. Holding the title of Realtor at MeedCor Realty and Partner at PFG Capital LP, a boutique real estate development firm, Michael has contributed to apartment and self-storage projects since 2004 and 1994, respectively. In 2014, Michael founded Storelocal Corporation, a cooperative that enhances the competitive edge of self-storage operators. Previously, Michael held the position of President at Property First Group Insurance Agency until 2022 and was a Partner at StorageWORks self-storage from 2006 to 2018. Michael Rhoads earned an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business and a BS in Finance and Insurance from Virginia Tech.
