Florence Brive

Florence Brive is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Responsable RH at Automatic Systems since 2023. Previously, they held HR leadership roles at several companies, including Avery Berkel, Marlux France, and ALKERN, where they defined and implemented HR policies, managed personnel administration, and provided support in legal compliance. Florence began their career as an HR Assistant at Club Mediterranée and Arcade Propreté et Services, where they gained foundational experience in personnel management and payroll processing. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Institut des Ressources Humaines and a DEUG in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Human Sciences from Université Lille III.
