Thibaut De Baerdemacker, CRHA, is the Director of Human Resources for North America at Automatic Systems, where they implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives. They have previously served as the Responsible for Human Resources in Canada at MI-GSO | PCUBED and as a Human Resources Advisor at MIGSO-PCUBED, where they improved HR processes and ensured compliance with labor laws. Thibaut completed a Master's degree in Human Resources at MBway and holds several other degrees in human resource management and administration.
