Xavier Bachelet is a seasoned supply chain manager with 26 years of experience in the agro-food sector, specializing in various aspects of supply chain operations from sales forecasting to logistics management. They have held significant roles at companies such as HERTA SAS, where they demonstrated reliability in sales forecasts and inventory management, and Nestlé S.A., where they managed logistics for multiple product channels. Currently, Xavier serves as the Director of Supply Chain at Automatic Systems, overseeing a 15-person team and ensuring production deadlines and inventory management. In addition to their extensive professional background, Xavier founded an artisanal brewery after obtaining brewing credentials. They hold a Deug in Psychology from the Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
