Bill Dehner

Bill Dehner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical marketing and engineering. Currently, as a Technical Marketer at AutomationDirect since September 2010, Bill focuses on developing engaging content and print advertising to enhance product awareness and company recognition, collaborating with graphic artists and product managers. Previously, Bill served as a Technical Writer at AutomationDirect, producing comprehensive documentation for various products. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Atronix Engineering and Intelligent Switchgear Organization, where Bill specialized in embedded systems and PLC-controlled switchgear design. Earlier in the career, Bill was a Control Systems Consultant for Total System Integrators, developing PLC-controlled systems for Shell Offshore Inc. and began a foundational career in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Journeyman. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans and an Associate of Applied Science in Avionic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
