Rob C. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as a Fraud Prevention Specialist in Risk Operations at Automattic since March 2020, Rob has also held various roles as a Happiness Engineer at both Tumblr and WooCommerce. Prior to Automattic, Rob was a Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at Global Service Excellence, which focused on providing expert consulting solutions for Apple Service Managers. Between November 2016 and February 2019, Rob worked as the Technical Services Director at GMS Store, where responsibilities included service provider rollout and technical hiring. Earlier in the career, Rob served as a Team Lead at pc.clinic, managing a small team while overseeing Apple device troubleshooting and GSX administration.
