Alexandra Farrell

Alexandra Farrell is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the recruitment and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Autometry since October 2021, Alexandra has focused on enhancing recruiter productivity through AI and process automation. A member of YPO since 2014, Alexandra has served as a Board Member and Membership Officer, actively contributing to the organization's goals. Previous roles include CEO of Workfinder, which connects young talent with growing companies, and Non-Executive Director positions at Huler, SourceBreaker, and Technically Compatible. Alexandra has also participated in strategic initiatives with HM Treasury for the UK's fintech sector. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Plymouth and completion of a Leadership Development Program at Henley Business School.
