Matt Hobson is an experienced recruitment leader and entrepreneur with a focus on Data and AI talent solutions. As the Founder and Director of StantonWolfe since May 2023, Matt oversees a consultancy serving the DACH region. In addition to this role, Matt is an Investor and Advisor at TalentHero, where services include Employer of Record and recruitment outsourcing, and has invested in Autometry, which enhances recruitment productivity through AI. Previously, Matt held significant positions at Agility on Demand, Parallel Consulting, and Pioneer Consulting, where responsibilities included managing the growth of recruitment businesses across multiple regions. Starting a career in recruitment at Hays Accountancy & Finance in 1998, Matt has cultivated extensive expertise in ERP, CRM, and BI staffing.
