Jon Levenson

Jon Levenson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, in 2021, they worked as a Technical Content Writer/Editor at Automox, where they wrote and edited various marketing assets and collaborated with different teams. Prior to that, they worked as a Writer.Director.Executive Producer at wordking, LLC, where their short film received recognition at several film festivals. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Scriptwriter w/Parcast Studios @ Spotify, where they wrote podcast scripts with serious themes. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Golden Hippo Media as a Copyeditor/Copywriter, focusing on healthcare and beauty brands. In 2006, they joined The Buddy Group as a Writer, creating digital content and art directing social media campaigns. Jon also has experience as a Writer/Development Assistant/Researcher at The Treat Shop, and as a Marketing Coordinator at The Broadway League. Additionally, they pursued a Low-Residency MFA in Creative Writing at the University of California, Riverside in 2014 and has had administrative roles at Eight Inc. NY and The Broadway League.

Jon Levenson has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing (Screenwriting) from the University of California, Riverside, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued another MFA degree in Theatre at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2003 to 2006.
