Julia Grady

Julia Grady currently serves as a Team Lead and Customer Success Manager at Automox since December 2023, following a successful tenure at FieldEdge by Xplor from April 2019 to December 2023, where Julia held several roles including Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Julia began her career in customer success and sales at FieldEdge after graduating from Auburn University in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Other professional experiences include a Creative Project Coordinator role at FACTORY PR, a reception position at Clark, Hanlin & Hunt LLC, and various internships and roles in customer engagement and sales. Additionally, Julia completed coursework at Oglethorpe University and graduated from Mountain Brook High School in 2015.
