Andy Constant

Andy Constant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Phone/eCommerce Development at AutoNation since January 2015, Andy has led sales operations in South Florida, achieving three consecutive years of double-digit retail sales growth. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nissan Motor Company, where Andy was a Sr. Planner managing national contests and incentives and acting as Dealer Operations Manager, driving revenue and customer satisfaction initiatives. During a tenure at Resource Training, Inc., Andy excelled as a Project Manager, enhancing dealership performance through training and strategic action plans. An early career at Saturn as an Area Business Manager saw Andy increase market share. Andy holds a degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
