Grace Luaces

Grace Luaces is a seasoned Lead Software Engineer at AutoNation since October 2022, with extensive experience from CDK Global spanning over two decades. At CDK Global, Grace held various roles including Manager of Software Development, where multi-team projects were led, and a team of developers was managed. Responsibilities also included overseeing Program Increment Planning events and supporting legacy products for Enterprise dealerships. As Team Supervisor, Grace implemented a Help Desk to support over 500 custom applications across 3000+ dealers and led an in-house Tier III support team. Earlier, as a Software Engineer, custom programs were developed to streamline processes for Enterprise dealers. In terms of education, Grace obtained a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Florida International University, and a Post-Baccalaureate in Management Information Systems from Barry University.
