Josh Berthold

Josh Berthold is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, financial analysis, and asset management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at AutoNation since December 2014, Josh has been instrumental in executing over $3 billion in M&A transactions targeting automotive dealerships and related sectors. Prior to AutoNation, Josh held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at Carnival Cruise Lines, where significant contributions included budgeting and forecasting critical revenue streams and providing insights into crew medical costs. Additional experience includes roles at MidMarket Capital Partners and Harch Capital Management, where Josh analyzed various financial deals and managed substantial asset portfolios. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
