Previously, they led Employee Relations for G6 Hospitality and TAG - The Aspen Group, impacting a combined workforce of over 36,000 team members. Currently, Lisa serves as the Head of Employee Relations at AutoNation, overseeing the Employee Relations Center of Excellence for more than 23,000 associates.
