Phil Coste

Phil Coste is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at AutoNation since May 2022, Phil has previously held positions including Talent Acquisition Program Manager and Regional Recruiter within the same company.
