Ivan Ritossa

Ivan has over 35 years of experience in the global financial services industry and has built numerous global and diverse businesses. Ivan was previously a Managing Director and Member of the Executive Committee at Barclays Capital, Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, and a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Bankers Trust.

Additionally, Ivan has served on the New York Federal Reserve Foreign Exchange Committee, the Bank of England Foreign Exchange Joint Standing Committee, and the Singapore Foreign Exchange Markets Committee. Ivan has also been a Non-Executive Director of NEX Plc and member of the Risk, Remuneration, Nomination, and Audit Committees; a Non-Executive Director of ICAP Plc and member of the Risk, Operational Risk Framework, and Remuneration Committees; and a Non-Executive Director of the ABSA Group (formerly Barclays Africa Group Limited) and member of the Remuneration and Finance Committees.

Ivan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree majoring in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
