AutoPerformance Ph, Inc. was founded in 2012 by individuals who had an intense passion for all things Automotive. Today, AutoPerformance Ph is the authorized Philippine distributor for Brembo Brake Systems and Icer Brakes. 
Under the AutoPerformance Motorsport banner, the company distributes Sabelt Racing, Alpinestars, Sparco, Stilo and Zamp helmets. In 2018, AutoPerformance Motorsport's in-house racing team won the Philippine Endurance Championship. In 2021, it entered the e-sports and sim-racing industry with Sparco Gaming.
