Justin Bailey

Justin Bailey has worked in various roles since 2007. Justin began their career as a Bikes & Fitness Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods in 2007. In 2012, they moved to New Castle Harley-Davidson as a Parts & Accessories Sales, where they raised revenue by utilizing new marketplaces and assisted the parts manager with daily tasks and orders. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at Red Bull and as a Sales & Leasing Consultant at Baierl Toyota & Scion. In 2014, they worked in the same role at Preston Toyota of Boardman. In 2017, they moved to Palmiero Toyota as a Sales & Leasing Consultant. In 2018, they were an Outside Sales at Corry Auto Dealers Exchange, where they acquired and managed in-lane dealer accounts and increased consignment and auction services. Justin then moved to ACV Auctions as a Territory Manager, where they led a team of Vehicle Condition Inspectors to execute dealer to dealer wholesale liquidation and gain marketshare, while building and fostering deep relationships with dealers. In 2020, they became the Used Car Sales Manager at Interstate Mitsubishi, and in 2021 they were appointed as the Business Development Manager at Autosled Inc.

Justin Bailey attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies. Justin then went on to obtain an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. In 2014, they attended Grant Cardone Sales Training University. Justin also holds certifications from the State of Ohio, Meguiar's, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
