Thomas Teets has over 20 years of experience in customer service, operations and travel sales. In 2000, they began their career as a City Ticket Office Agent for Air France where they provided multi-lingual customer service in French and Spanish, and sold international travel to VIP clients and corporate accounts. In 2008, they joined WorldTravelService as a Corporate Travel Consultant and specialized in business air travel for the National Institutes of Health Peer Reviewers Travel for grants related travel. In 2022, they began working at Autosled as an Operations Supervisor and Customer Success Specialist. In this role, they supervised the OPS team employees, monitored phone calls, dispatches, load boards and documentation to maintain high service standards. Thomas also provided bilingual Spanish/English language customer service, dispatched shipments, onboarded new transporters, and assisted them in adapting to new app-based technologies.

Thomas Teets attended Allegany College of Maryland from 1995 to 1996, studying Spanish Language and Literature. Thomas then went on to Frostburg State University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a B.A. in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature.
