Tom Ballay

Tom Ballay is the Owner of Autotec Engineering and President of Autotec Solutions, both established in 1992. Autotec Engineering, founded in 1972, specializes in providing engineered solutions and custom machinery, serving as a turnkey KUKA Robotic System Integrator located in Toledo, Ohio. Prior to this, Tom Ballay spent 11 years at Freeport McMoRan, where roles included General Superintendent of Engineering and Construction, with experience in both corporate engineering and field supervision at various locations, including the Irian Jaya Copper and Gold Mine. Tom Ballay holds an MBA in Business from Bowling Green State University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
