Matt Bennett

Matthew Bennett is a seasoned developer with extensive experience in application development and user interface design. Currently serving as the Lead Developer at AutoTempest.com since May 2015, Matthew leads a team utilizing Symfony, Twig, PHP, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on DevOps practices involving Vagrant, VirtualBox, Puppet, and Docker. Previous roles include UI Developer, where Matthew specialized in React, Redux, and Webpack, and a Junior UI Developer position at Courtside Sports from 2007 to 2015, which encompassed various responsibilities including sales, marketing design, and technical support. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with Honours and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Victoria, earned between 2006 and 2011.
