Damir Hot

Damir Hot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various tech companies. Currently, Damir serves as Managing Partner at Alphaninja Partners since August 2016 and as an Advisor at Prelude since January 2020. Recently, Damir took on the role of Board Chair at Autozen and served as a Board Member for Durable and Teal.dev, the latter of which was acquired by Mercury in 2024. Prior experience includes Co-Founder and CEO of Canalyst, which was acquired by Tegus in 2022, and Vice President positions at Metafor Software and Pulse Energy, both of which were acquired by significant industry players. Damir holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from The University of British Columbia.
