Heather Hardwick

Heather Hardwick has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as Inside Sales at Pella Windows & Doors from 1995 to 1999. Heather then moved to Contech, where they held the roles of Director of CRM / Customer Service and Order Administrator from 1999 to 2010. In 2010, they became General Manager at Touchstone Group Associates. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Inventure Civil, LLC, first as Director of People Operations and then as V.P. Operations. Finally, in 2020, they became Chief Operating Officer at Auveco, LLC.

Heather Hardwick attended Emporia State University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
