Randy Moe

Randy Moe is a Managing Director at Meridian Capital, where they focus on M&A transactions valued between $30M and $500M for privately owned companies. They were previously a Managing Director at Orca Capital Securities, LLC, specializing in investment banking for technology and emerging growth companies. With significant experience at Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney, Randy completed over 30 transactions worth more than $10 billion. They have been a Partner at Discus Ventures since 2004, providing strategic consulting services, and serve as a Board Member and Treasurer for the AUVSI Cascade Chapter. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA.
