Rob Nicholson

Rob Nicholson is a seasoned professional with over two decades of diverse experience in leadership, program management, and innovation across military, government, and private sectors. As the Founder of Photog Shootout, Rob established a nationwide photography community, demonstrating expertise in community engagement and event management. In the U.S. Navy, Rob has held various operational roles, currently serving as a METOC Officer with significant experience in ocean, atmosphere, and space science. Additionally, Rob is the Owner of Stratuus Consulting, developing initiatives in research and workforce development, while also contributing to academia as an Affiliated Scientist at the University of Delaware. Rob’s extensive involvement in committees, including as a Board Member at Delaware Technical Community College and Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center, underscores a commitment to technological advancement and community growth.
