Michael Steffes

Michael Steffes has extensive experience in the chemical and operations industries, currently serving as an Operator Specialist at Aux Sable since October 2018, where previous roles included Process Operator and Rail Loader. Prior to this position, Michael worked as a Process Operator at Americas Styrenics LLC from June 2018 to September 2018 and completed an Operations Internship at Aux Sable in May 2017. Educationally, Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Applied Engineering at Southern Illinois University, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Operations Engineering from Joliet Junior College, completed in 2018. Michael graduated from Coal City High School in 2016.
