John Sexton is currently the General Counsel at Auxiant, having previously served as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Auxiant in 2024, John represented multi-employer health and welfare plans as an Associate Attorney at Day Rettig Martin, P.C., where they also completed a summer internship advising on compliance issues and drafting legal documents. John earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from Wartburg College and later graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law.
