Ryan O'Deen

Ryan O'Deen, CEBS®, CSFS®, is the Director of Business Development at Auxiant, where they focus on delivering expert-driven experiences for self-funded employers. They previously served as a Regulatory and Operations Analyst and held various positions within Auxiant since 2018. Ryan began their professional journey as an Accounting Intern at Connor & Gallagher OneSource, where they managed taxes and financial records. They also mentored first-year student-athletes at North Central College while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.
