Ciaran Condren

Ciaran Condren is an HR Director with experience across multiple sectors and a passion for supporting people and organizations to reach their fullest potential. They previously served as HR Business Partner at British Telecom, where they advised management on various employee relations matters and led an award-winning absence reduction project. Ciaran's extensive background includes roles at Aer Lingus, Selfridges Group, and CCS Cleaning, where they managed large teams and implemented HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University. Ciaran currently works as the Director of People and Culture at Auxilion.
