Benoy Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Benoy most recently worked as the Head of Strategic Marketing at Auxilo Finserve Private Limited starting in June 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Marketing Strategy & Administration at Avanse Financial Services from June 2012 to May 2017.

Before joining Avanse Financial Services, Benoy worked at DHFL as a Senior Marketing Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for strategizing and managing the marketing directives of one of India's largest Housing Finance Companies. Benoy also played a key role in developing the brand strategy and overseeing the creation of advertising materials and media plans.

Before DHFL, Benoy worked as a Marketing Consultant at Pioneer Property Zone Services (ICS Realty Group), where they set up the Marketing Function and developed the overall Corporate Marketing Strategy for the company and its subsidiaries.

Prior to that, they held positions at Adlabs Films Ltd as an Assistant Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for movie marketing and promotions, and at Shoppers Stop as an Assistant Marketing Manager, where they managed marketing activities across their Mumbai network of stores.

Benoy began their career as a Customer Service Executive at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and worked as a Tele Call Executive at Tracmail, where they were responsible for collections, overdue notifications, customer tracing, and ensuring compliance with American regulations.

Benoy Joseph has a diverse education history. Benoy obtained a postgraduate degree in Marketing & HR from SIES College of Management Studies in India from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from Vivekanand Education Societys College of Arts Science and Commerce Sindhi society in Mumbai from 1998 to 2001. Before their undergraduate studies, Benoy attended Atomic Energy Junior College from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with a focus on Science. Benoy'searly education started at Sacred Heart High School, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from 1985 to 1996, emphasizing Basic Skills and Developmental studies. In addition to their formal education, Benoy has obtained certifications such as Code Foundations Skill Path from Codecademy and Digital Transformation Specialist Certifications, as well as completing the Design Thinking for Innovation course from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
