Nick B. has over 15 years of professional work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a Supply Chain Clerk at L-3 Communications. From 2006-2011, they held two roles at Eastern Michigan University, Building Manager and Electrical Safety Instructor. In 2014, they worked as a Technical Specialist at Jackson Dawson. From 2015-2018, they were the Manager of Technical Operations and Infrastructure at Starfish Family Services. During this time, they also worked as a Service Desk Engineer at Vision Computer Solutions. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Field Services and Asset Management at Detroit Public Schools Community District. Currently, they are the Service Delivery Director at Auxiom.

Nick B. began their educational journey by attending Eastern Michigan University from 2004 to 2010, where they completed course work in Computer Science. Nick then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at Arizona State University from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Exam 740: Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016 from Microsoft.
