Robert Heim is a seasoned engineering leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and formerly a Senior Technical Program Manager at auxmoney since April 2024, Robert is also the Founder of optinoo GmbH, launched in January 2018, which focuses on employment navigation in the pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include founding Fabit in January 2021 and coachingo in January 2017, the latter specializing in coaching support and postcare. Robert's academic background includes positions as a Researcher and Group Leader at RWTH Aachen University from October 2014 to December 2016, where contributions to digitalization led to collaborations with significant academic and industrial partners. An early contributor to the German Penspinning Community, Robert established the platform from inception, growing it to over 10,000 members. Robert holds a Master’s degree (Honors) in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from RWTH Aachen University.
